Check out this amazing guest house: 600 square feet of luxury

A guest house doesn't have to be boring or substandard. One look at the guest house featured today proves just that. Designed by Eric Shephard Architects, it's 600 square feet of pure luxury. The layout makes efficient use of every square foot and includes a living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom.
The exterior mimics the main residence which Shephard Architects describes as "classic farmhouse with Tudor roots". Inside, you'll find soaring vaulted ceilings, high-end finishes, and plenty of bright windows. With a guest house like this, you'd have trouble convincing your visitors to leave!

The guest house welcomes you with a charming front porch that leads into the living room through french doors.
The living area is small, but feels spacious thanks to the soaring ceilings. The windows allow views to the main house and gorgeous gardens. A chandelier adds another touch of luxury to the room.
The living room is connected to the kitchen, separated with a marble-top island. A dining area is etched out near the window with a simple table and two chairs. Furniture layout is essential to small living, and perfectly exemplified in this home.
The blue sectional sofa with a mixture of coral and natural pillows provides a fun burst of color in the mostly neutral space. The kitchen and back wall contain lots of built-in cabinetry for much-needed storage.
The vaulted ceilings are carried into the bedroom. Another chandelier and exposed wood beams provide interest.
