Tour this 452-square-foot Victorian cottage with us

Though this tiny Victorian cottage only boasts 452 square feet, it's filled to the brim with Southern charm and enchanting details. Don't be fooled by its doll-like appearance, however. This Hagerhill, Ky., cottage is fully functional and ready to be your next home.
This property belonged to Rosa Lee Pack, author of "Mayor of Nut Valley: Managing Life's Nonsense," and she featured this tiny home on the cover of her book. We can't get over the scalloped edges on the gable and the intricate scrollwork detailing pushes this cottage into precious territory.

If you think the outside is to die for, just wait until you see the interior.
The perfectly-coordinated floor, windows, ladder and door add to the cottage's appeal and perfectly complement the floral upholstery.
The cozy dining room is ideal for an intimate dinner for two.
Despite its sweet appearance, this kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal. Also, can we take a moment to appreciate the sweet detailing painted on the kitchen cabinets?
So. Cute.
According to the painted letters on the ceiling, this Victorian tiny house was built for the owners' granddaughter. Talk about the best gift ever! We also have to marvel at the vintage-y wallpaper.
The bedroom, accessible via ladder, contains the same painted motif we fell in love with in the kitchen. It's obvious that much thought and love went into the decor.
The pastoral surroundings make this cottage look like something out of a fairy tale, don't you think?
