The “228 Pendleton Road” is featured in a section of plans called “Bunkies and Guest Houses.” While these plans are described as useful for guests or as an addition to a main house, the company also touts them as “perfect get-away cabins and studios.” The floor plan of the Pendleton features a single combined living/sleeping space that is more like a studio than a one-bedroom home.
