The Oceanside Retreat: a tiny 'colonial' wonder

Meet the Oceanside Retreat, a tiny home from Creative Cottages, LLC that is full of delightful surprises. This take on a beachside bungalow is adorable enough to inspire wistful sighing and heart eyes emojis from anyone who views it, so prepare yourself for the joy you're about to experience.
Right off the bat, the cottage's red roof gives it a cheery feeling that only grows as you step inside. We also love how the crisp white detailing stands out from the siding. The facade almost seems too precious to be real, but we can assure you that it is.

The tiny abode is anything but humble.
Once inside, you'll realize how cleverly the interior was designed. The white interior creates the illusion of space while adding airiness and brightness.
The white paint is accented by touches of wood and small floral patterns.
How cute are those baskets?
The ceilings are much higher than expected, and the exposed beams complement the shabby chic decor perfectly. We are also obsessed with that stone fireplace.
Can't you imagine curling up in front of that majestic fireplace with a good book and a hot cup of tea?
While the fireplace is extraordinary, my favorite aspect of this charming cottage has to be the shower floor. Rather than ordinary tiles, this shower is lined with river rocks.
I love how they seem to flow out of the shower and welcome you to step inside.

Has this charming cottage captured your heart? I know I'm quite taken with the Oceanside Retreat.

Classic lines and some tuck-away trickery gives this delightful tiny home extra room without the addition of a second loft.
