All the main rooms can be found on the first floor, making simple living easy. The living room also features a fireplace.
The front porch is spacious enough for two rocking chairs. A french door opens outward to the screened porch in the back.
The upstairs bedroom has its own full bath, making it super convienent that you don't need to go back downstairs at night.

This tiny cottage also offers a lot of deck space. One potential plus? For all those not liking stairs, everything is one level.

This plan features a combined kitchen/dining experience. The plus side being that the kitchen has a large kitchen island. The open space layout of this house makes family living much more cozy. Imagine cooking something on the stove and having the aroma be carried throughout the house.
