Take a peek inside and fall in love with the Rustic Modern Tiny House

It's called the Rustic Modern Tiny House, and it's so charming inside and out that it's been featured on the television show "Tiny House Nation."  Situated in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest city of Portland, Ore., it combines the colonial feel with modern-day amenities rarely seen in homes this size.
The beautiful tiny abode is a bed and breakfast run by the builders and owners, Michael Papillo and Jenny Yee. In order to build it, Papillo and Yee remodeled their garage, repurposing wood from an old shed and using salvaged materials from high-end construction sites.

Wonderful vintage furniture throughout the 350-square-foot home gives the feel of stepping back through time, particularly with this old wood-burning stove near the entryway. It's easy to see why this home was named one of the 5 Coolest Tiny Homes in the America by the New York Post.
Quaint is a perfect descriptor for the wood theme of the kitchen, which looks more like an apothecary counter than anything else. Two barstools are tucked away for intimate dinners while a wooden staircase leads up to the cozy loft above.
Yes, fans of modern convenience, that's a real live Acme sink with a pair of genuine gas burners right next door for you in the kitchen. You might feel like cooking out in the crisp, cool air of the Oregon coast, but if you want to get snuggly inside, a cup of hot chocolate is just a few minutes away.
This recycled door turned into a vintage table is a favorite of the house's fans. In fact, it's the vintage atmosphere that had fans such as Alisa Fulena calling this tiny home her "absolute favorite" after viewing the YouTube video posted by Derek Diedricksen.
There's a complete bathroom next to the stairs ...
... that lead to the gorgeous bedroom loft.
Colorful and cozy, this minimalist bedroom is a perfect place to relax and rest.
As is this little corner in the home's garden.
All in all, the Rustic Modern Tiny House has everything you could ask of a home, but with a vintage and eclectic touch that makes this garage turned into a tiny home just perfect.
