Discover a tiny living treasure with this wonderful Sapphire

If you're a seasoned follower of the tiny house movement, then you may have already come across some of Tiny Heirloom's luxurious designs. With more than a decade of building experience under their belt, the Tiny Heirloom team continues to turn heads across the globe with their uniquely constructed tiny wheeled homes.
This family-run Portland, OR, tiny house company specializes in exclusive custom-made houses that perfectly combine artful aesthetics with the highest quality materials. Such is the case with the Sapphire, a one-off creation which wowed prospective tiny house buyers when it was listed for sale earlier this year.

The Sapphire may no longer be up for grabs, but we believe that its craftsmanship deserves to be cherished. Come along with us to experience this treasure trove of tiny luxury from up close, and marvel at the attention to detailing in this beautiful Tiny Heirloom creation.

Measuring just under 200-square-feet (18.58-square-meters) the Sapphire tiny house on wheels shimmers with elegance right from the very beginning. Along with its beautiful design, the house offers plenty of amenities that focus on sustainable, off the grid living, including a solar power system as well as space for a propane space heater and water heater.
A Tiny Heirloom home is comprised of cedar siding exteriors and metal roofing, the latter made with 100% recycled materials. The siding and the roof have been built with durability in mind, with the materials chosen especially because of their ability to withstand the harshest weather conditions.
In saying that, Tiny Heirlooms emphasize the fact that their tiny homes are custom-made, created from scratch, not customized from a prefabricated design. So, while the materials may be the same as other models, the Sapphire is definitely one of a kind. Before we step inside, take some time to appreciate the finer details of the wooden siding, along with the delicate door and lighting fixture that give an added charm to the stunning exteriors.
The inside is adorned with solid bamboo flooring, custom bay window seating, and two lofts for sleeping and storage. As you will see, the Sapphire makes great use of its compact space through its clever arrangement of decorative features and functional furnishings.
A spacious seating area welcomes you to the living room. Keeping with the sapphire theme, this majestic home includes royal blue curtains and an aquamarine sofa. Everything else, from the silver couch to the creamy walls and wooden materials, enhance this tiny living gem's brilliant jewelry box appearance.
A lovely folding desk with drawers bestows the living area with its own compact workstation.
Here you will see the other couch, along with the sleeping loft, in more detail. Notice those versatile stairs? Not only do they provide easy access to the upper level, they function as a tiny bookshelf too!
The comfortable sleeping quarters are well-illuminated by a skylight, two windows, ceiling lights and a lamp. We love the shelves next to the bed, which are practical and ornamental at the same time.
This is the only picture we have of the bathroom, but it seems to be sufficient. You only need to take a look at the delicate decor to see that the lush, contemporary design conventions that are consistent throughout the interiors prevail in this part of the house.
As is common with many tiny homes, the Sapphire bathroom is located right by the kitchen area.
Here is the view from outside, as we make our way to the kitchen.
Refined and efficient details make this kitchen glimmer with grace. Pristine counter tops, ample storage space for kitchen utensils, gorgeous shelving for storing the nicest ceramics, as well as all the best appliances are right within your reach. You may have spotted the fridge under the stairs earlier in our tour, and in this picture you will see the four-burner stove and kitchen sink that are part of the Sapphire package.
