Tour the beautiful Emerald City Tiny Home with us

Most people dream of moving into a large home with tons of room to spread out, but recently tiny homes have become more popular. According to the Tiny Life, popular reasons for people to go small include environmental awareness, financial concerns and a desire to live a more simple life.
This Emerald City packs quite a punch in just 280 square feet, and proves that just because you go smaller doesn't mean you have to give up the finer things in life! Check out the rooms in this elegant house:

The gourmet kitchen takes up approximately 9-feet, but it includes the same amenities you'd expect to find in a much bigger kitchen, including custom tiles, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, gas range/oven and full-sized refrigerator), and beautiful butcher block counter tops. This home also features a tucked-away dining room table that doubles as extra counter space and an eye-catching lighting feature in the kitchen/dining area.
Step out of the kitchen to the stack-able washer and dryer, which offer function, while taking up less space. The bathroom, located next to the laundry room, includes a full-sized bathtub/shower combination.
The main living area includes a chair, couch and flat screen television, which creates the perfect entertainment space for family and friends. As an added bonus, everything pictured (including appliances) come with the home!
The upstairs loft is large enough to fit a king-size bed and features reading lights, a storage closet and three separate areas for hanging your clothes.
The best part: the home includes a custom trailer with brakes so you can easily move it where you want to live.
