Patrick Romero's beautiful tiny house in Sandy, Utah

With so many tiny homes hitting the market, finding one that stands out above the rest becomes harder and harder. Patrick and Sarah Romero of Sandy, Utah, have designed a tiny home on wheels that has captured the imagination of people everywhere.
Romero's tiny house was featured on Tiny House Swoon, and most of the comments that have been made center around the bathroom. One even said, "HANDS DOWN best bathroom I’ve ever seen in a tiny house!!!" Looking at the outside of the house, you wouldn't think that the inside had anything so spectacular to offer.

The kitchen is on the smaller side and has little counter space with which to work. It does have a decent stove with four burners and an oven, though.
The main sitting area of the house has a nook with some great windows to look out while you eat and a couch across from it.
The best part of this room is that the nook collapses and the couch pulls out to form a bed. You can have guests come over!
The main bedroom appears to be in the loft where two beds are cozily tucked. If you want greater privacy, you can easily remove one of the beds.
The track lighting along the ceiling keeps the lighting from being harsh while still providing an extra boost at night. The three skylights provide ample natural light during the day.
Under the loft is the bathroom that everyone is talking about.
A sitting area is available for ease of removing clothes and changing in the bathroom. The hooks allow you to hang up clothing to keep it from getting wrinkled.
Romero included a spacious shower and towel holder so you don't feel cramped.
The bay window over the sink continues to carry the open theme. People on Tiny House Swoon speculated that an area heater may be located in the lower left below the sink.
The front porch doesn't seem to have received as much time and attention as the details of the interior.

Patrick and Sarah Romero's 192-square-foot house keeps from feeling so tiny because of his intelligent use of color and lighting. Keeping the interior bright, open and light in color gives the appearance and feeling of space. He also decided that skipping out on a larger sitting area and giving himself a larger bathroom would pay off in the long run. From the feedback on Tiny House Swoon, he appears to have been right.
