Take a peek inside the lovely "Pecan:" a tiny cottage on wheels

The folks at Perch and Nest have turned tiny house living into an art form with the small-yet-classy, "Pecan." Sporting dimensions of 7' 2" x 20', you might think that the Pecan holds only the bare essentials; but if you did, you'd be wrong.
In fact, this Tiny House on Wheels has room for some cool luxury items. According to the website, the team at Perch and Nest is comprised of "experienced home builders, carpenters, designers, up-cyclers, and licensed professionals who are also homeowners, parents, and homesteaders." Fair enough. But what does that mean in practice?

Well, the Pecan features residential-grade build and materials, cedar shake siding, and tempered awning windows that make it look classy no matter where it's parked. Inside the main living area, you'll find close cell insulation, plank walls made out of pine, and laminate wood flooring.
There's a queen-sized sleeping loft above the main living area for when it's time to hit the sack.
The sleek kitchen sports a butcher's block counter with bar area, a small fridge, and an induction cook top.
A built-in sofa comes complete with a large storage area for linens and sheets.
The Pecan even contains an adorable loveseat for when you want to relax with a book, or just curl up near the windows with your partner. A storage loft for those magazines and books rests on the rafters above.
There's a small but fully-functional bathroom complete with a 32-inch shower, your choice of composting or dry flush toilet, built in toiletry shelves, a 25-gallon holding tank with a pump, and a tankless electric water heater.
Oh, and the Pecan comes furnished with a port mirror, some sofa cushions, an Ikea mattress, a rustic bar stool, some hooks, utensil storage, a 10-year smoke alarm, and fire extinguisher.

Perch & Nest says all of their homes include licensed installation of all internal systems, in addition to inherent skilled craftsmanship that's included.  All this for a cool $45,000. Unless you want heating, cooling, and built-in tables, of course. Those cost a bit more.
